Description: About the position: Carry out operational activities inherent to your area of responsibility, performing tasks such as restocking, picking, replenishment, pricing, and cleaning merchandise on the shelves in your area to maintain customer satisfaction. * Main responsibilities:* Responsible for restocking, organizing, replenishing, pricing, and cleaning merchandise displayed on shelves; * Perform weighing and price identification activities according to customer requests; * Daily verification of merchandise on shelves using the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) logic and quality criteria to replace products; * Assist in ensuring high-quality and fresh products are available in the display area, following company procedures and standards; * Whenever requested by a customer regarding the location of a product, accompany the customer to that product; * Responsible for hygiene and organization at your workstation, including cleaning machines and equipment used, collecting and placing waste and residues into appropriate containers, thereby maintaining safety and environmental standards according to pre-established guidelines; * Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to ensure individual protection in the workplace and prevent accidents, complying with the safety standards established by the Company. * Work across all store departments—perishables, grocery, checkout area, and back-of-store—as directed and trained, thus ensuring versatile performance.
