Pharmacy Technician \- Position available from Monday to Friday \- 44 hours/week Work at the pharmacy of a hair transplant clinic; **Desired Profile:** Proactive, organized, and analytical. **Requirements:** Completed Technical Pharmacy qualification (certificate of completion must be provided). Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage (preferred). **Activities and Responsibilities:** 1\. Inventory control **Receiving and Verification:** Receive medications and medical-hospital supplies, verifying invoices, batches, expiration dates, quantities, and package integrity. **Storage and Expiration Management:** Organize products according to expiration criteria (FEFO/PVPS method) and alphabetical/pharmacological order. Identify and segregate items nearing expiration for exchange or safe disposal. **Environmental Control:** Monitor and record daily temperature and humidity levels in storage areas and refrigerators, in accordance with Sanitary Surveillance guidelines. **Restocking:** Restock items into surgical kits and record movements in the computerized system to ensure traceability/cost control. Restock materials, emergency kits, and crash carts. **Inventory Audits:** Conduct periodic inventories (stock counts) and submit results to the pharmacist for analysis. 2\. Dispensing, Distribution, and Surgical Kits **Surgical Kit Control:** Assemble, label, clean, and record dispensing of kits for Nursing; verify post-surgical returns (ensuring full return of unused items and presence of medical prescription). **Order Picking:** Verify medical prescriptions **Handling Requests:** Receive, pick, and deliver orders submitted by the hair therapy and nursing departments 3\. Operational Support **Pharmacist Support:** Complete operational spreadsheets/reports to assist pharmacovigilance monitoring. **General Routine:** Maintain physical workspace organization and perform other duties related to the position.
