Job Summary: A steel and iron company seeks a dynamic and responsible Profile Rolling Machine Operator I to operate industrial equipment and support operational routines, with a focus on safety, organization, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Operate the profile rolling machine and perform cutting and bonding of roof tiles. 2. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace (5S). 3. Ensure the quality of produced materials and contribute to improvements. A steel and iron company seeks a Profile Rolling Machine Operator I with a dynamic, responsible, and safety-, organization-, and productivity-oriented profile to operate industrial equipment and support production area operational routines. Main Responsibilities Operate the profile rolling machine, ensuring proper functionality and final product quality; Perform roof tile cutting according to production specifications; Carry out sandwich tile bonding in accordance with technical and quality standards; Monitor production schedules and deadlines, ensuring achievement of targets; Monitor raw material and supply inventory levels to prevent production process disruptions; Record production data (quantity produced, losses, downtime, etc.); Perform loading and unloading of coils and roof tiles; Assist in feeding the production line; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace by applying 5S principles; Perform periodic cleaning of machines, equipment, and tools; Use PPE correctly to ensure personal and colleagues’ safety; Follow internal procedures and company safety regulations; Contribute to operational process improvements; Ensure the quality of produced materials, identifying and reporting deviations. Requirements Completed high school education; Prior experience operating industrial machinery (profile rolling machine preferred); Experience in operational activities (production, yard, or logistics); Basic knowledge of inventory control and production reporting; Experience with metal roof tiles / sandwich roof tiles is desirable; Basic knowledge of occupational safety and organization (5S).
