**E-commerce Assistant Responsibilities:** Assist in listing, updating, and organizing products on marketplaces. Support order management, from approval through delivery tracking. Provide customer support via digital channels, clarifying inquiries and resolving issues. Monitor sales metrics. Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and sales teams to align requirements. **Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday) **Required Experience:** The candidate must have experience listing advertisements on Shopee and Mercado Livre platforms, as well as proficiency in using Bling ERP.
