We are hiring an **HR ASSISTANT** to work in the Santo Antônio neighborhood of Belo Horizonte/MG: RESPONSIBILITIES: · Post job openings on external channels according to the attraction strategy defined by the department. · Screen resumes based on the profile and requirements established for each position. · Schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring alignment of dates and times with involved managers. · Maintain updated spreadsheets and controls for selection processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Organization and attention to detail. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Proactivity. · Discretion and professional ethics. · Agility and sense of priority. · Ability to work effectively in a team. · Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
