**Job Responsibilities**
* Conduct in-person training sessions for system users in client municipalities, promoting capacity building for using the public health management systems implemented by the company.
* Provide technical support to users, clarifying operational questions and guiding appropriate software usage.
* Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients via telephone, e-mail, and messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp), requiring strong spoken and written proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
* Record, track, and formally document all support interactions using help desk tools, with emphasis on delivering customized technical solutions for each case.
* Accurately interpret and apply guidance from technical notes, bulletins, and legislation issued by agencies such as the Ministry of Health.
* Assist with necessary system parameterization and configuration to ensure optimal system performance, including remote access to client computers when required.
**Requirements**
* Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, especially regarding remote access tools and ERP-type systems.
* Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed), preferably in Information Technology or related fields.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in standard Brazilian Portuguese.
* Punctuality, commitment, and availability for on-site work in Belo Horizonte/MG or nearby areas.
* Prior experience in technical support, customer service, and/or the health sector is desirable.
**Job Details**
* Employment type: Full-time – Permanent CLT contract
* On-site work.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 daily, with a 01:30 lunch break.
