Support the development of technological solutions by tracking fixes, documenting processes, and contributing to continuous system improvement. **Responsibilities** Monitor testing processes for new features to identify potential bugs and resolve technical issues. Support the updating of technical manuals and test scripts, promoting quality best practices. Track defect resolution and validate implemented solutions against technical requirements. Document test results, processes, and identified improvements to facilitate inter-team communication. Participate in alignment meetings with various organizational departments to understand requirements and contribute to effective project development.
