Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and organized SDR for active prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial support in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. If you are communicative, organized, and enjoy working with goals and consultative service, this position is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **active prospecting** of new clients in the food industry. * Perform **research, identification, and qualification of leads**. * Reach out to potential customers via WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail. * Understand customer needs and route opportunities to the sales team. * Keep the CRM updated with records and follow\-ups. * Support company commercial campaigns and promotional activities. * Contribute to portfolio growth and brand strengthening. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and discipline in managing routines. * Experience in customer service or pre\-sales (preferred). * Proficiency with technology and CRM usage (preferred). * Interest in commercial routines and goal-oriented work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the food industry or food service sector. * Experience in active prospecting. * Analytical and consultative mindset. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance of **R$21.00/day** * Health insurance (after probation period) * Basic food basket (after probation period) **Employment Type:** CLT **Location:** Betânia neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.961,00 \- R$4\.111,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
