Our purpose is to enable and promote clean, more accessible energy for everyone. **Job Description** We are looking for a Data Engineer to drive the evolution of our data platform, ensuring information is available, reliable, and scalable to support business areas and decision-making. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, integrating diverse systems, and evolving our data architecture on Databricks. We seek a hands-on professional with strong technical autonomy and the ability to collaborate effectively with Data, Artificial Intelligence, RevOps, and other company teams—contributing to solution enhancements and supporting FIT Energia’s growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, maintain, and monitor data ingestion and transformation pipelines; * Integrate data from CRM, Blip, telephony, digital channels, internal systems, and partners; * Evolve the data architecture using Databricks, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability; * Design data models for leads, customers, contracts, campaigns, sales, and customer journey; * Deliver data to Power BI, AI models, automations, and Reverse ETL processes; * Implement data quality controls, monitoring, and failure handling; * Document pipelines, integrations, tables, and business rules; * Support data governance initiatives—including data catalog, lineage, information security, and LGPD compliance; * Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously enhance the data platform. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Data Engineer at mid-level (pleno); * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark/PySpark, and Delta Lake; * Knowledge of ETL/ELT, Lakehouse, Data Lake, and data modeling; * Experience with relational databases, APIs, and system integrations; * Familiarity with Git, testing, monitoring, and data quality practices; **Benefits** At FIT Energia, we believe people drive results.
