What will you do? * Receive and manage qualified leads generated by Marketing. * Conduct active lead prospecting from internal databases and via outbound channels, identifying new business opportunities. * Initiate first contact with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other digital channels. * Understand lead needs and identify how our solutions address them. * Qualify leads according to established criteria and hand them off to Closers. * Schedule meetings and presentations with Closers. * Follow cadence workflows to ensure timely customer engagement. * Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions in the company’s CRM. * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize processes and strategies, contributing to team goal achievement.
