Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key challenges for the ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I – PROCESS MANAGEMENT; STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGEMENT; QUANTITATIVE METHODS – NEWTON PAIVA CARLOS LUZ include:** * Serving as the primary agent for implementing our institutions’ pedagogical proposals, facilitating the learning process, fully delivering the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—and continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilizing available teaching materials and encouraging students’ use of the discipline’s bibliographic resources—including books and journals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meeting all deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfilling requests from the respective course coordinator; * Recording, via electronic gradebook, student attendance, class content, academic activity results, and other information related to curriculum components within the timeframe specified in the academic calendar; * Contributing to preparatory activities for the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE); * Advising students on their undergraduate thesis projects; * Employing active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model to deliver instruction. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **MASTER’S OR DOCTORAL DEGREE**; * Mandatory undergraduate degree or specialization: **ADMINISTRATION/ACCOUNTING SCIENCES**; * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject area; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * An updated Lattes CV is mandatory—this is one of the elimination criteria.
