Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as ASSISTANT PROFESSOR I – BASIC INTERNSHIP V, PSYCHOLOGICAL WELCOMING AND ASSESSMENT PROCESSES – NEWTON PAIVA SILVA LOBO are:** * Serve as the primary agent implementing the pedagogical proposal of our Educational Institutions, facilitating the learning process and fully delivering the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—while consistently stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilize available teaching materials and encourage students to consult bibliographic resources for the subject—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfill requests from your respective course coordinator; * Record attendance, lesson content, academic activity results, and other curriculum-related information electronically via the digital gradebook, within the timeframe specified in the academic calendar; * Contribute to preparatory activities for the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE); * Guide students in their undergraduate thesis projects; * Employ active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model when delivering classes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **MASTER’S OR DOCTORAL DEGREE**; * Mandatory undergraduate degree/specialization: **PSYCHOLOGY**; * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * A current Lattes Curriculum is mandatory; outdated curricula constitute grounds for disqualification.
