We offer Remote Concierge Services, ensuring condominium protection through solutions developed to bring greater security to residents. As a franchisor, Porter provides guidelines to our franchises across Brazil—nine of which are flagships (company-owned franchises), also known as Model Units. Our flagships primarily handle: sales of our solutions, installation, maintenance, and support of all equipment, as well as relationships with syndics and residents. Remote concierge services are delivered by our Support Center. **WHAT WILL BE PART OF YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist with information technology routines; * Support equipment and system maintenance; * Assist in controlling and organizing IT equipment; * Monitor technical service requests and internal demands; * Perform other duties relevant to the position. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Currently enrolled in at least the 7th grade of elementary school, or duly enrolled in or having completed high school; * Individuals without prior formal employment recorded in their work card.
