Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for implementing financial system solutions, ensuring technical integration, alignment with business processes, and customer support. Collaboration with operations, product, technology, and support teams Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for implementing financial system solutions for clients, ensuring proper technical integration, alignment with business processes, and customer support before, during, and after go\-live. They will provide customer support and assistance, negotiate and monitor the technical and functional implementation of the company's solutions—particularly billing and payment solutions. They will be responsible for mapping the client’s business processes to ensure adherence to the proposed solution. They will assist clients in integrating APIs and systems with billing platforms (PIX, boleto, credit cards, etc.). They will lead technical and business alignment meetings with internal departments and external stakeholders. They will perform integrated testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support clients during system production launch. They must document workflows, business rules, and commercial and technical guidelines for both clients and internal teams. They will work in partnership with operations, product, technology, and support teams to continuously improve the customer experience. Requirements: ● Experience implementing financial systems, billing systems, or payment systems; ● Intermediate or senior-level proficiency in Excel and activity management systems; ● Commercial experience, especially in negotiation, customer service, and support; ● Willingness to travel; ● Functional knowledge of financial products such as PIX, boletos, credit cards, payment reconciliation, and settlement; ● Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and business teams; ● Organizational skills and ability to manage implementation projects and timelines. Experience in payment service providers, fintechs, or payment institutions (PIs/SCDs/SCIPs) is considered a plus.
