A civil construction company seeks a Construction Supervisor for the Mangabeiras region of Belo Horizonte/MG. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise field teams on building maintenance and renovation projects; * Monitor service progress, deadlines, quality, and resources; * Resolve on-site issues promptly and with technical responsibility; * Ensure services are executed per schedule, design, technical standards, and safety regulations; * Interpret technical drawings; * Perform quantitative material and service takeoffs; * Prepare technical reports and provide activity progress updates. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or higher education degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in this role; * Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit for basic project consultation and minor adjustments. * Proficiency in Excel, including ability to develop and maintain control spreadsheets and budgets. * Strong team leadership skills and interpersonal communication ability. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Driver's license (Class B); * Willingness to travel; * Experience with construction management systems. **WORK SCHEDULE** Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Fri: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM **WE OFFER** * Meal Allowance (VA) + Food Voucher (VR); * Transportation Allowance (VT) or Fuel Assistance; * Overtime pay; * Day off; * Career growth opportunities; * Life insurance.
