This position is exclusively designed for Specialists who serve beneficiaries of Unimed BH products (all Unimed operations). **Responsibilities and duties** * The Specialist will handle inbound voice calls from NIP-Prone PAs (i.e., strategic customers who have already filed complaints with the ANS). Although these customers are considered sensitive, they will receive differentiated treatment while maintaining the same high standards of quality, transparency, empathy, and courtesy. **Requirements and qualifications** * Be a Specialist in any Unimed BH operation; * Minimum of 4 months in current position/salary level; * Performance rating: equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer); * Absenteeism score: equal to or higher than 85. **Additional information** Applications accepted until 12/10, with all stages completed on Gupy; **Salary** BRL 1,600.00 + variable remuneration up to BRL 232.00 (BRL 50.00 from Atento + BRL 182.00 operational bonus) **Working hours** * From 10:00 AM to 6:12 PM **Work schedule** 180 hours per month – 5-day workweek – works Monday through Friday, with fixed days off on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. **Work location:** On-site at Atento Belo Horizonte – Prado Site: Rua Jaceguai, 220 – Prado, Belo Horizonte – MG, 30411-040, Brazil.
