We look forward to welcoming you to our team! **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in implementing and managing electrical systems projects; * Knowledge of medium- and high-voltage systems; * Experience managing on-site teams; * Experience in planning, schedule control, and cost control. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of electrical systems across multiple work fronts (4 to 5 simultaneously); * Manage project schedules, costs, resources, and quality; * Lead operational teams (approximately 58 employees); * Serve as the focal point between project, procurement, planning, administrative, and execution departments; * Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and integration activities for electrical systems; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory norms (NRs), and safety standards; * Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions when necessary; * Interact directly with the client on-site, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and conflict resolution; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, considered the primary challenge of this position. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with substations; * Prior experience as a field engineer; * Experience managing projects with multiple simultaneous work fronts.
