Job Summary: Conducts inspections, monitors facilities, assists in access control and security, supports parking operations and event organization. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in the role. **Responsibilities:** Conduct inspections of common areas, identifying and reporting maintenance or repair needs. Monitor the operation of equipment and facilities (lighting, restrooms, outdoor areas, etc.). Assist in access control and support for asset security; provide support for parking operations, guiding drivers and verifying the condition of parking areas. Support the organization of events and operational activities promoted by the shopping center. Ensure compliance with quality, cleanliness, and safety standards established by management.
