Job Summary: This position involves approaching customers for cargo pickup and delivery, verifying documentation, and organizing loads in the truck, while maintaining professionalism and efficiency. Participation in training sessions and quality management **Purpose of the Position** Approach customers for cargo pickup and delivery, receive and verify fiscal documents, and store cargo in the truck. **Requirements** Education: Completed elementary school Skills: Productivity capacity, organizational ability, interpersonal skills, agility, attention to detail, and understanding of tasks **Desirable Competencies** Completed high school education, residence near Califórnia neighborhood, and easy access. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Load vehicles for merchandise delivery; * Approach customers professionally and courteously, presenting oneself clearly and announcing the service; * Verify merchandise and pickup/delivery documentation; * Request receipt and documentation for delivered and/or collected merchandise; * Assist by answering the driver’s mobile phone for general information; * Maintain a clean and organized internal work environment; * Update the driver on the itinerary whenever new service calls are received; * Label merchandise according to the fiscal document at the time of pickup; * Contact the company in case of doubts or non-conformities; * Assist the driver with street maneuvers; * Perform arrangement, securing, and tarping of cargo; * Provide internal and external support as required by the company; * Participate in company-mandated training and refresher courses; * Actively participate in Total Quality Management processes. **Salary and Benefits** Competitive salary commensurate with the role, meal allowance, transportation allowance, life insurance, co-payment health plan, dental plan, profit-sharing program, partnerships with universities (Anhanguera and Anima), and attendance bonus. ***We believe in Inclusion!
