




**Responsibilities:** * Advise store management on employee-related matters; * Collect cash at the branch located in the Bonfim neighborhood; * Assist the company’s treasury department (organizing accounts payable and conducting weekly reconciliations with suppliers); * Organize personnel files containing employee documentation; * Conduct training for newly hired staff; * Organize HR documents — time cards, vacation scheduling, hiring, and termination records (in coordination with the existing accounting team that supports the company); * Carry out recruitment and selection for food service staff, including: customer service representatives, kitchen assistants, cooks, and snack makers; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills (written and oral), organizational ability, attention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity; * Prior experience in administrative routines; **Salary:** R$2,800.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance and on-site meal allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Location:** Floresta — Belo Horizonte
