Job Summary: Lead IT projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while collaborating with teams and managing risks. Key Highlights: 1. Project team management and motivation Responsibilities and Duties * Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and established quality standards. * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and technical support teams to ensure successful implementation of system and infrastructure improvements. * Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts. * Monitor project progress and regularly report status to leadership and involved stakeholders. * Ensure all project requirements are clearly and concisely captured and documented. * Manage and motivate the project team, providing necessary guidance and support to ensure efficient execution of activities. * Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements and identify additional enhancement opportunities. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience in IT project management, with emphasis on system and infrastructure improvements. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum. * Ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels. * Experience identifying risks and issues, with effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills. * Academic background in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in project management is desirable.
