Job Summary: Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards while collaborating with teams and managing risks. Key Highlights: 1. Lead IT projects from inception to completion with a focus on quality. 2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation. 3. Manage and motivate the project team, providing guidance and support. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and established quality standards. * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and technical support teams to ensure successful implementation of system and infrastructure improvements. * Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts. * Monitor project progress and regularly report status to leadership and relevant stakeholders. * Ensure all project requirements are clearly and concisely captured and documented. * Manage and motivate the project team, providing necessary guidance and support to ensure efficient execution of activities. * Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements and identify additional enhancement opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in IT project management, with emphasis on system and infrastructure improvements. * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum. * Ability to lead and motivate teams, as well as collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels. * Experience identifying risks and issues, with effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills. * Academic background in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in project management is desirable. **By joining our team, you will have access to:** * Unimed health insurance * Unimed dental insurance * Gympass * Pharmacy benefits * Breakfast and afternoon coffee * Partnerships with universities and language schools * Product discounts * Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus * Training programs * Life insurance * Meal allowance or food voucher * Transportation allowance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
