**Desired qualifications:** * Experience in heavy construction, infrastructure, or civil works; * Experience in controller functions, cost management, and contract management; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, organized profile with strong operational monitoring capability. **Main responsibilities:** * Contract management and monitoring; * Contractual control in coordination with the Legal Department; * Verification of progress measurements, documents, and financial entries; * Entry and validation of invoices in the system; * Cost control for construction projects; * Identification and analysis of operational costs for equipment and machinery; * Cost calculation based on productivity and operating conditions, such as equipment operating during rainy and dry seasons; * Performance monitoring of entries and tracking of information submitted by construction sites; * Follow-up and collection from construction site teams regarding controls and system entries; * Administrative and financial support to construction sites; * Preparation of management reports and performance indicators; * Support for monthly cost and results closing; * Budget monitoring: actual vs. forecasted and cost variances; * Cost center control and cost allocations; * Variance analysis and support in developing action plans; * Interface with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Operations departments; * Direct reporting to the Controller Management team, including presentation of indicators, analyses, and internal controls.
