Technical support to users and infrastructure management We seek an **IT Infrastructure Analyst** to administer, maintain, and evolve the company's technological environment, ensuring system, network, and service availability, security, and optimal performance. **Requirements** * Experience with Windows servers and Active Directory * Knowledge of GPO, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networks (IPv4/IPv6) * Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint * Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti and MikroTik * Experience in helpdesk and user support **Preferred Qualifications** * Virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware) * Knowledge of Azure / Entra ID * Monitoring tools **Responsibilities:** * Administration of Windows servers (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, File Server) * Management of the Microsoft 365 environment (Admin Center, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) * Administration of wired and Wi-Fi networks (Ubiquiti) * Configuration and management of MikroTik (firewall, NAT, VPN, rules) * Technical support to users (Level 1 and 2, occasionally Level 3) * Backup, update, and monitoring management * Organization of structured cabling, switches, routers, and racks * Creation and maintenance of an intranet using SharePoint * CCTV configuration * Documentation of environments and procedures
