Come be part of our team as a **Geotechnical Engineer!** **Responsibilities:** * Lead teams in developing short-, medium-, and long-term projects for tailings storage structures (dams, piles, and pits), building modifications, and other geotechnical and geomechanical projects * Prepare schedules, presentations, and documentation for the entire project portfolio * Monitor budget, forecast, and allocated budgets * Plan project deliverables, control timelines, and ensure compliance with planned specifications * Manage project risks by implementing short-, medium-, and long-term mitigation plans * Monitor project requirements regarding deadlines, effort, and quality, providing status reports according to established cycles * Coordinate initiative progress, supporting and assisting stakeholder work fronts * Implement standardization of methodologies and tools, including project monitoring indicators * Control project deadlines and budgets **Soft Skills** * Attention to detail; * Information analysis; * Commitment to quality; * Dedication **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Geology * Postgraduate degree in Geotechnics * FEL methodology knowledge * Proficiency in geotechnical modeling and stability assessment software * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency **Location: Belo Horizonte**
