Job Summary: A Purchasing Analyst will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, supplies, and services, and negotiating prices and terms for construction and electromechanical installation projects. We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on education and technical qualifications. **\#SOMOSMILPLAN** Purchasing Analyst Procure raw materials, supplies, and services; arrange rentals; conduct quotations; negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions for construction and electromechanical installation projects, complying with company and client policies, procedures, and regulations to meet headquarters and site requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze purchase requisitions against predefined specifications to identify product characteristics and avoid potential order discrepancies. * Conduct quotations for requested items and prepare comparative supplier and price tables for review and approval by the authorized personnel, aiming to optimize company costs. * Conduct quotations for corporate supplies and items representing the ABC curve of project budgeting. * Issue purchase orders for equipment, parts, services, and various materials after analysis and approval by the responsible party. * Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers and service providers to minimize costs and adequately fulfill received requests. * Support budgeting and commercial departments by performing quotations for inputs and services included in budget spreadsheets. * Maintain up-to-date supplier registries for inputs and services. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering or Business Administration **Knowledge:** * ERP System: Protheus * Advanced Excel (formulas and database functions) * Negotiation techniques * Supplier network in the electromechanical construction and installation market Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
