




Description: Education: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospital Management, Nursing, or Information Systems. * Postgraduate degree in Health Management, Processes, IT, Finance, or Controllership is desirable. Experience: * In-depth professional knowledge of hospital management systems and reimbursement fee schedules (CBHPM, AMB, SIMPRO, Brasíndice, TUSS, etc.) is essential. * Thorough understanding of health plan, SUS (Unified Health System), and private contract rules is essential. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with strong analytical capabilities, is essential. * Knowledge of hospital billing and medical claims auditing is desirable. * Experience in configuring assistance contracts, healthcare services, and process management is desirable. * Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and the IW (Incoway) system is desirable. * Manage the entire contract lifecycle: signing, validity period, adjustments, amendments, and termination. * Ensure timely updates and accurate application of contractual terms (values, deadlines, coverage, exclusions, and authorization rules). * Collaborate with Commercial, Auditing, Billing, Finance, and IT departments to ensure system alignment with contractual policies. * Register and update contractual rules in systems (fee schedules, packages, daily rates, fees, claim denials, etc.). * Guarantee consistency between physical contracts and system records to prevent billing discrepancies. * Test and validate configurations with relevant teams. * Participate in developing and updating flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions. * Respond to internal and external audits related to configuration and contracts. * Monitor departmental KPIs and propose continuous improvements. * Guide branches on operational processes related to configuration and contracts. 2512030202191844458
