





Job description: Rede Gourmet is looking for a dedicated professional with experience in F\&B and team leadership to work as **Breakfast and Events Coordinator** at our **Santafé** unit. If you are passionate about hospitality, attentive to details, and focused on quality, join our team! **Schedule: 05:40 to 14:00** **Work rotation: 6 days on, 1 day off** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate breakfast operations, ensuring excellent guest service. * Supervise the team during buffet setup, restocking, and clearing activities. * Oversee events, coffee breaks, lunches, and room service orders. * Manage personnel, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. * Monitor CMV and operational revenues. * Request supplies and utensils, ensuring efficient organization and replenishment. * Check the quality of products used. * Support planning and execution of internal and external hotel events. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in food and beverage, especially in hospitality. * Skills in team management and operational processes. * Availability to work morning shifts. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented. **Benefits:** * Medical insurance (company pays 50% of the monthly fee for the employee, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental insurance (at no cost to the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * Meals provided at the company; * Pharmacy allowance. **Compensation:** * Salary between R$ 2\.249,56 * Average commission R$1\.580,00 Opportunity for additional earnings Job type: Full-time permanent position
