See What It’s Like to Work at TAGNA Tecnologia | Glassdoor Requirements: **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering or related field * 1 year of experience in the field (Junior-level experience) * Experience with automation solutions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Ability to develop technical and commercial proposals **Preferred Qualifications:** * Commercial network in mining, steelmaking, and agribusiness sectors * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales machines **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop technical and commercial proposals based on information received from qualification, BidnoBid, Scope Matrix, and Automation Minutes. * Prepare quotations (request for quotes) and negotiate equipment and services with suppliers and partners to determine pricing for proposals and solutions. * Conduct technical visits to customers to gather information for proposal development and propose and present implementable solutions. * Respond to RFPs and RFIs: Answer complex technical questionnaires (Request for Proposal) sent by customers. * Verify, update, and correct errors in internal management system registrations. * Support tracking of business opportunities, monitoring business progress toward potential project closure. * Support day-to-day template improvements, document creation and structuring, and studies on commercial process improvements. * Update documents, change passwords, and resolve issues on the customer portal related to projects and commercial contracts. * Participate in commercial reporting meetings with PMO, Finance, and Marketing departments.
