Expected organization and commitment IT Assistant Position Nova Suiça Neighborhood **Responsibilities** * Assembly and maintenance of computers and notebooks * Basic hardware and software diagnostics * Installation and configuration of Windows, drivers, and software * Component replacement (HDD, SSD, memory, power supply, etc.) * Assistance in network configuration (routers, Wi-Fi, basic cabling) * On-site, telephone, and remote technical support * Organization of equipment, tools, and service orders * Maintenance of CCTV equipment (training will be provided by the company) \_\_\_\_\_\_ **✅ Requirements** Minimum 3 years of proven experience or practical knowledge in: * PC and notebook assembly and maintenance * Operating system formatting and installation * Basic network and internet configuration * Basic hardware and software knowledge * Commitment, organization, and good communication skills * Punctuality and adherence to schedule * Preferred: Technical course in IT or related fields * Essential: Strong desire to learn. **Additional Information** Salary: R$ 2\.200,00 Benefits: Meal allowance of BRL 30.00/day and transportation allowance Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM Minimum Education: Technical Course Meal allowance, transportation allowance
