Job Summary:
Engineering professional responsible for prospecting, maintaining customers, and providing technical support to foundries, preparing proposals and managing performance indicators.

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields.
* Customer prospecting and maintenance (iron and aluminum foundries);
* Conducting technical visits (80% of time spent on-site);
* Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable chemical solutions;
* Providing technical support for the application of Foundry product line;
* Planning and executing technical tests at customer sites;
* Preparing and presenting commercial and technical proposals;
* Negotiating commercial terms and monitoring orders;
* Preparing visit reports and commercial performance reports;
* Managing performance indicators: visits, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
* General knowledge of the casting process.
* Familiarity with certain products and their applications.
* **Required specific knowledge:** Knowledge of sand molding processes (Cold-Box, No-Bake, Alkaline Phenolic, Furan); Understanding of refractory coatings, additives, and release agents used in casting; Ability to interpret process flow diagrams, test reports, and technical data sheets; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical/commercial reporting tools; Basic understanding of industrial costs and contribution margin;
* **Languages and proficiency level:** Basic to intermediate English desirable (reading technical data sheets and catalogs, verbal and written communication with headquarters);
* Residence: Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte; Itaúna; Divinópolis, with willingness to travel.
Mandatory = Driver's license Class B and availability for frequent travel.
