




Support Analyst Hybrid \- Belo Horizonte 6x1 schedule with alternating shifts Responsibilities: Provide technical support at levels 1 and 2 to platform users, resolving inquiries and issues related to financial transactions, digital wallets, and system usage. Directly contribute to enhancing customer experience by monitoring platform performance and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality and responsiveness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or in progress). Prior experience in technical support or customer service within technology companies, fintechs, or financial services organizations; Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk); Knowledge of online payment systems and digital wallets.
