If you too are driven by dreams, results, and people, join Sólides — this is your place! **We are looking for a Plenary Data Analyst to transform data into clear, reliable, and actionable insights, supporting Sólides’ business areas in decision-making and contributing to the company’s analytical maturity evolution.** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and descriptive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities. * Support business areas with data-driven analyses, linking information to practical recommendations. * Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses to support teams such as Finance, RevOps, Product, Customer Success, and corporate departments. * Support hypothesis formulation, metric definition, and performance tracking. * Organize and structure analytical requests clearly, ensuring accurate interpretation of business problems. * Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and management panels focused on clarity, reliability, and usability. * Support the development of analytical materials and presentations for stakeholders and leadership. * Follow best practices for data usage and interpretation, contributing to greater analytical consistency across the company. * Contribute to organizing and standardizing the team’s analytical deliverables. * Collaborate closely with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers, providing analytical requirements and business feedback. * Use the governed analytics layer as the primary foundation for analyses and dashboards. * Support the continuous evolution of the company’s analytical solutions by proposing improvements to data, metrics, and reporting. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Prior experience in Data Analysis, BI, or Analytics, supporting business decision-making. * Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, exploration, and validation. * Experience with visualization and BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar. * Strong communication skills to present findings and translate data into understandable recommendations for stakeholders. * Experience monitoring KPIs, business metrics, and performance indicators. * A degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Experience in SaaS companies or fast-growing environments. * Experience with business metrics, managerial indicators, and executive reporting. * Ability to partner with business areas, understanding context and analytical needs. * Experience in data storytelling and building executive presentations. * Familiarity with modern analytics environments and data governance. **Still unsure whether Sólides is the right place for you?
