Key Responsibilities:** * Accurately perform manual, semi-automated, and automated routines within established deadlines. * Strictly adhere to biosafety protocols and ensure each step is executed with excellence. * Program instruments, pipette, and conduct tests while safeguarding result integrity and maintaining quality standards. * Monitor and analyze internal quality control and calibration data, proactively addressing potential risks. * Maintain meticulous temperature control of equipment and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Investigate equipment alerts and alarms, implementing corrective actions to prevent failures. * Organize and track pending tasks and urgent requests, ensuring continuous workflow. **2. Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data control and recordkeeping; * Mandatory experience on at least one of the following platforms: Abbott, Roche, Beckman Coulter, Diasorin, or Bio-Rad; * Knowledge of internal quality control is desirable; * Completed technical education in Clinical Analysis or Pathology. **3. Work Schedule:** Night shift (12x36) – 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM **4.
