**Administrative Intern – Technical and Administrative Support** **Modality:** In-person **Location:** Av. Raja Gabáglia, 4961 – Room 101 – Santa Lúcia – Belo Horizonte/MG **Schedule:** 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Intern to support general administrative routines, including equipment control and basic IT tasks. This position is intended for students pursuing a degree or technical course in Administration who wish to develop practical insights into administrative processes, control, organization, and operational support within a structured corporate environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the company’s general administrative routines; * Prepare budgets for machines, CPUs, IT equipment, and peripherals; * Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and technical service requests, liaising with vendors and service providers; * Assist in controlling and organizing equipment, asset, and property inventories; * Update and maintain administrative and operational control spreadsheets; * Support the organization of documents, internal records, and reports; * Provide support for administrative tasks; * Serve as a liaison between the administrative department and basic IT requirements. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Administration program (technical or undergraduate); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude; * Proactivity, commitment, and good communication skills; * Basic computer literacy (Windows, Google Workspace). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Coursework or knowledge in Information Technology; * Familiarity with IT support, basic maintenance, or infrastructure; * Academic or practical experience with administrative controls and spreadsheets. **What We Offer:** Internship stipend \+ Transportation allowance
