Job Summary: A professional to supervise, inspect, and control construction site work execution, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support in reading and interpreting project documents and team communication. **Construction Technician** **Location:** Carmo/Sion – BH/MG **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 18:00, with a 2-hour lunch break from 12:00 to 14:00 **Salary:** To be negotiated / Candidate's expectation **Benefits:** Life insurance. Free dental assistance (SECONCI). **Main Responsibilities:** · Supervise and inspect on-site work execution. · Perform measurements of completed work. · Assist in controlling the project’s physical-financial schedule. · Verify executed work against project drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. · Support reading and interpretation of architectural, structural, and complementary project documents. · Conduct material and service quantity take-offs. · Assist in controlling the quality of executed work. · Record activity progress and prepare construction monitoring reports. · Support organizing technical and administrative project documentation. · Assist in communication among engineers, suppliers, and field teams. **Requirements:** · Organizational skills and attention to detail. · Responsibility and commitment to deadlines. · Proactivity and problem-solving ability. · Strong communication and teamwork skills. · Completed technical course in **Construction.** · Prior experience in construction site supervision. · Knowledge of reading and interpreting project documents. · Intermediate proficiency in **AutoCAD, Excel, and computer literacy.** · Familiarity with construction processes and site routines. · Willingness to work on construction sites. **\*Prior experience in building construction projects is desirable** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Screening Questions: * Do you have knowledge of reading and interpreting project documents? * Do you have intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and computer literacy? * Do you have knowledge of construction processes and site routines? * Have you completed a technical course in Construction? * Do you have prior experience in construction site supervision? * Are you available to work on construction sites in Belo Horizonte and metropolitan areas of Minas Gerais?
