Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Architect with a focus on Revit-based design development and support for BIM implementation, working across all project phases. Support in standardizing BIM templates and workflows We are looking for an Architect to join our architecture team, focusing on Revit-based design development and supporting BIM implementation within the company. If you are organized, proactive, collaborative, proficient in Revit, and eager to actively contribute to BIM processes, this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Architectural design development in Revit (BIM); * Involvement in all project phases: preliminary study, conceptual design, legal design, and construction design; * Coordination with complementary disciplines; * Support in standardizing BIM templates, families, and workflows; * Ensuring technical quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to deadlines; * Technical support to the team and interface with architecture coordination. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, with an **active CAU registration**; * Solid experience as an Architect; * Advanced proficiency in **Revit**; * Experience in developing construction documents; * Knowledge of technical standards and urban planning legislation; * Strong communication skills, organization, and autonomy; * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in BIM implementation or maturity enhancement within architectural firms; + Experience in institutional or public projects (e.g., healthcare facilities). **What We Offer:** * Caju meal allowance of R$ 42.00 per business day; * Flexible transportation benefit; * Group life insurance; * Co-payment health plan; * Dental plan. **Work Location:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break; * Cruzeiro neighborhood — Belo Horizonte/MG; * **100% on-site work;** * CLT employment regime.
