**Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Human Resources Assistant, your responsibilities will include:**
* Supporting recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and assistance throughout all stages of the process;
* Supporting training and development initiatives by assisting with class coordination, attendance lists, controls, and recordkeeping;
* Organizing, verifying, and archiving departmental documents, ensuring standardization and easy access to information;
* Supporting HR administrative routines by performing related tasks and providing assistance to the team whenever needed.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:0 AM to 6:0 PM
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum requirements for this position are:**
* Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of administrative routines;
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

* Prior experience in recruitment and selection or HR support areas.
