Job Summary: A professional responsible for safeguarding property and security, monitoring people's movements, providing reception services, and maintaining an organized workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safeguard the property and security of the premises 2. Monitor the entry and exit of people 3. Maintain a clean and organized workplace Safeguard the entity's property by closely observing the movement of unfamiliar individuals and any other abnormal situations outside routine operations to ensure site security. **Education:** Completed high school; training in security or doorman services is desirable. **Experience:** 6 months of experience in related roles. **Skills:** Handling cleaning supplies ü Safeguard the entity's property by closely observing the movement of unfamiliar individuals and any other abnormal situations outside routine operations to ensure site security; ü Monitor the entry and exit of people at the entity to prevent accidents or situations that may compromise their physical safety; ü Record and report any risk or incident involving property or employee safety to supervisors; ü Provide reception services as needed; ü Perform tasks according to leadership instructions and service priorities, adhering to the entity's standards and procedures with quality and safety; ü Maintain equipment, tools, assets, and consumables assigned to them, requesting maintenance, repairs, or replenishment from relevant departments whenever necessary; ü Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of waste generated during work in appropriate containers and designated areas, ensuring occupational health and environmental protection; ü Support leadership on matters within their scope of responsibility by identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions; ü Comply with occupational safety regulations, using personal and collective protective equipment; ü Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to their role; ü Perform other related duties as assigned.
