Job Summary: Work in the Topstitching area, using appropriate machines and equipment to fold materials for manufacturing footwear, bags, and accessories, following specified standards and dimensions. Key Highlights: 1. Perform topstitching on footwear, bags, and accessories 2. Work in compliance with standards and procedures 3. Maintain organization and proper upkeep of machines and materials Work in the Topstitching area, using appropriate machines and equipment to fold materials for manufacturing footwear, bags, and accessories according to project-specified standards and dimensions, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Compare the piece to be turned against the production order specifications. 2\. Perform necessary folding operations and apply adhesive to secure pieces until they can be joined by stitching lines. 3\. Notify the Supervisor or Department Assistant of any nonconformities identified, ensuring awareness and implementation of necessary or corrective actions. 4\. Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 5\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of machines and materials in the area. 6\. Participate in internal training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the assigned department. 7\. Understand the company's mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence regulations. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by superiors.
