





Job Function Description Professional with experience in assisting customer service and performing the necessary routines for the proper operation of the store. Main Responsibilities * Responsible for assisting the sales team throughout the entire customer service process, such as: identifying customer needs, supporting internal and external store service, packing orders, among others. * Responsible for the entire sales process during demonstrations. • Responsible for receiving, checking, and entering goods into inventory. • Responsible for organizing and maintaining stock. * Responsible for garment pressing and maintenance. * Responsible for monitoring inventory together with administrative staff. * Responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and common areas. Basic Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of experience as part of a sales team. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to work both in a team and independently. * Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and organizational skills. * Interpersonal and communication skills. * Responsibility, agility, and enthusiasm. Preferred Qualifications * Experience as a sales assistant or stock clerk. * Knowledge of sewing techniques relevant to daily operations. * Familiarity with Linx System. * Experience in industrial pressing. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ERP knowledge of EasyLinx will be an advantage * Availability to extend working hours during occasional in-store events.
