Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support and ensure quality in garment manufacturing, performing finishing and piece inspection tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn and follow instructions in a production environment. **Position open to men and women** We are looking for a Production Assistant to work in our garment manufacturing facility. This professional will support production activities, directly contributing to and ensuring production quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cut loose threads and remove residues from garments after sewing; * Ensure garments are clean and ready for the next stage; * Use irons and/or pressing machines according to fabric type; * Inspect finished garments to identify possible defects; * Check seams, finishes, buttons, zippers, and other details; * Sort and record garments requiring rework; * Ensure only defect-free garments proceed to packaging or shipping. * Prepare and organize fabrics for the cutting process * Operate machinery, if skilled **Requirements:** * Be careful, patient, and detail-oriented; * Be committed to deadlines and quality; * Be willing to learn and follow instructions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in garment factory production environments, uniforms, or similar sectors * Operation of sewing machines Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent contract Compensation: R$1.673,00 \- R$1.849,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Experience: * Garment manufacturing production (Preferred)
