Creation, implementation, and quality monitoring of methodologies ###### **Belo Horizonte, MG****The company accepts applications from candidates residing in Belo Horizonte and nearby cities** ###### **Junior/** **Trainee** ###### **R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.500,00** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- * The Methodological Analyst I will be responsible for: * Methodological and pedagogical structuring of programs and projects targeting persons with disabilities (PCD), delivered both in-person and remotely. * Development of accessible teaching materials, ensuring quality and effectiveness in educational activities. * Supporting coordinators and supervisors in developing delivery teams implementing the methodology, ensuring alignment and continuous capacity building. * Creation, implementation, and quality monitoring of applied methodologies. * Adapting content according to the target audience, including recording video lessons, producing podcasts, and developing PowerPoint presentations and other physical and digital materials. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education Level** Completed undergraduate degree ### **Other Requirements** * Minimum education level: Completed undergraduate degree. * Mandatory: Fluency in Brazilian Sign Language (Libras); * Desired: Knowledge of assistive technologies; * Experience in inclusive education and adaptation of pedagogical materials; * Residence in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan region. **Benefits** -------------- Medical assistance Dental assistance Partnership agreements with companies Meal voucher Transportation voucher ### **About Rede Cidadã** Rede Cidadã is a non-profit civil society organization seeking social transformation through the integration of life and work as a single value.
