Support HR process improvement projects Position: HR Process Improvement Analyst We are seeking an HR Data Analyst with an analytical profile, process-oriented vision, and passion for transforming data into strategic decisions. The HR department is undergoing an evolutionary phase, strongly emphasizing digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement—and you will be the key player in this transformation. Key Responsibilities Analyze and structure HR data (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, performance indicators, etc.); Optimize and automate Excel spreadsheets (company with high volume of manual controls); Develop and maintain managerial dashboards in Power BI; Support HR process improvement projects, reducing paper usage and rework; Create reports and metrics to support decision-making; Work with automations (Power Automate or similar tools); Act as an HR partner, translating business needs into technological solutions. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in fields such as: Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines; Experience with advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas); Experience with Power BI (data modeling and dashboards); Practical experience in HR data analysis; Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in process automation; Knowledge of SQL; Experience in HR digitalization projects; Experience in environments with large volumes of data and manual controls. **Competitive salary and benefits package** Meal Voucher Health Insurance Dental Insurance Education Allowance SESC Benefits Gympass Attendance Incentive Transportation Voucher Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
