What You’ll Do Daily: * Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems using Allu’s adopted technologies; * Participate in defining new architectures and implementing innovative solutions; * Analyze and optimize performance of deployed systems; * Implement automated tests to ensure software quality; * Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with established standards; * Guide and support junior developers; * Facilitate resolution of complex technical issues; * Implement and manage continuous testing and integration (CI/CD) processes; * Collaborate closely with users and clients to identify and assess their needs; Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Required skills: * NodeJS; * NextJS; * ReactJS; * Automated testing; * MongoDB (NoSQL); * MySQL. Nice-to-have skills: * System architecture knowledge (data modeling, tool selection, plugins); * Kubernetes and microservices experience; * Cloud expertise, including AWS and GCP; * Experience in startup environments.
