Currently, we are embarking on a new major innovation journey, where new processes and products will be developed to deliver greater value to our customers; therefore, we hope you will be part of this journey with us. **Activities to be performed** * Ensure stability and performance of the authorization modules within the products. * Provide customer support via phone, chat, CRM, email, and system incidents; * Control and monitor client monitoring systems; * Analyze incidents to identify issues reported by customers regarding guide authorizations; * Provide technical support to customers and forward incidents to Quality or Development teams; * Update the client database as provided by the development team. **Job Requirements** * Pursuing a higher education degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Knowledge of technical support for systems; * Proficiency in Excel. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of JavaScript; * Extracurricular training courses. **But what do we offer?** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Psicologia Viva (mental wellness program).
