




Job Description: We are seeking an Agile Process Specialist (Agile Master) to serve as a facilitator and practitioner of agility within multidisciplinary squads, ensuring the application of best agile practices and fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and continuously improving environment. Responsibilities and Duties * Development and Mentoring + Develop and train Product Owners, People Leads, and Dev Teams, ensuring agile practices are implemented effectively. + Serve as a reference for agile frameworks, supporting the growth of team maturity. Process Management and Evolution + Understand and uphold standard work processes, ensuring compliance with certifications and organizational policies. + Implement continuous improvement practices by analyzing metrics, bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow optimization. + Define and monitor performance and agility indicators to support team evolution. Agile Facilitation and Governance + Facilitate agile events such as planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinements. + Promote a culture of continuous feedback and collaboration, ensuring a safe and productive environment. + Conduct workshops and interactive sessions to foster innovation, alignment, and team engagement. Impediment Management and Team Protection + Shield teams from external interruptions, ensuring focus and efficiency in the delivery flow. + Remove systemic and operational impediments, facilitating problem resolution with stakeholders. + Manage conflicts by mediating interests and ensuring a healthy, collaborative workplace. Risk and Stakeholder Management + Collaborate strategically with the PMO and leadership to align agility with corporate governance. + Partner with architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure processes integrate seamlessly into the organizational context. + Support forecasting and predictability structuring, aiding strategic planning and data-informed decision-making. Tools and Automation + Ensure adoption and enhancement of agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, TDN, Zendesk, among others), optimizing workflows and team visibility. + Explore automation of metrics and dashboards to facilitate data-driven analysis and decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications * Proven experience with Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe; * Proficiency in agile metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Cumulative Flow Diagrams, Aging Work in Progress, etc.); * Experience facilitating agile teams and managing workflow; * Knowledge of Discovery practices and Product Management techniques (User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Opportunity Solution Tree, etc.); * Ability to apply agile forecasting methods (Monte Carlo simulations, probabilistic forecasting, CFDs, etc.); * Experience with OKRs and value-based analysis; * Proficiency in agile management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, Miro, MURAL, etc.; * Strong facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills; * Excellent conflict management and stakeholder negotiation capabilities; * Analytical thinking and strategic vision for evolving agile processes and frameworks; * Autonomy, proactivity, and a continuous improvement (Kaizen) mindset; * Empathy and ability to operate effectively in complex, dynamic environments. * Mandatory Certifications: Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II or equivalent CSM, SASM, etc.). * Kanban System Design (KSD) Project. 2512030202191475856
