You will be a key player in evolving our video-based remote assistance and digital identity verification platform, ensuring every technical decision contributes to the security, efficiency, and innovation of our products. . Key Responsibilities: * Design, evolve, and document the software architecture of the Nuvidio platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. * Lead strategic technical decisions, guiding development teams on best practices, standards, and architectural trade-offs. * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams, translating business and compliance requirements into sustainable technical solutions. * Define integration standards, APIs, and microservices, ensuring modularity and high availability. * Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and infrastructure providers, proposing innovations that deliver tangible performance and cost benefits. * Act as the guardian of architecture, ensuring technical consistency across multiple teams and projects. * Support the development of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and DevSecOps practices. * Contribute to the design of anti-fraud and security solutions, aligned with the cybersecurity and compliance teams. What We Expect From You: * Solid experience in software architecture within SaaS environments and highly available distributed systems. * Proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Python, and/or Go, and modern backend and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js). * Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and cloud-native/serverless architecture modeling. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, messaging and queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis). * Practical experience with microservices, WebSockets, and RESTful APIs. * Familiarity with security and compliance practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT, LGPD, OWASP, DevSecOps). * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible decisions for diverse stakeholders. * A collaborative profile focused on technical excellence, mentorship, and collective development. Nice-to-Have: * Experience with identity verification, anti-fraud, biometrics, or digital authentication solutions. * Experience with event-driven architecture and scalable microservices. * Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to video analysis or security. * Experience modeling systems handling high data volumes and concurrent traffic.
