Job Description: Senior Data Scientist We are strategically building our data team and seeking a professional to help us transform information into actionable intelligence. You will be responsible for exploring data, identifying usage patterns of our products, building statistical models, and developing analyses that support internal decision-making—while also generating insights that drive the evolution of our solutions. This is a highly autonomous role focused on experimentation, rapid delivery (quick wins), and business-oriented thinking. Key Responsibilities: * Explore internal datasets to identify patterns, recurring trends, and opportunities for improvement. * Develop advanced analytics and statistical models to support strategic decisions. * Design and test prototypes of predictive, prioritization, segmentation, or recommendation models. * Link product usage behavior to business hypotheses and product improvements. * Build short validation cycles to ensure rapid and iterative deliveries. * Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to operationalize models in production. * Document methodologies, experiments, results, and identified patterns. * Support the development of a company-wide culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. What We Expect From You: * Prior experience in applied Data Science projects aligned with business objectives. * Proficiency in Python and modeling libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, etc.). * Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design. * Experience handling and exploring large-scale datasets. * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud). * Ability to translate technical findings into business hypotheses and insights for product, sales, or operations teams. * A curious, exploratory mindset with excellent analytical skills and a focus on rapid delivery. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Experience with BigQuery. * Experience with Power BI. * Basic understanding of MLOps or model deployment/monitoring pipelines. * Prior experience working at SaaS companies.
