Together, let's share moments of professional growth and fun. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and create test plans to ensure product quality in accordance with system specifications; * Execute Test Cases; * Perform systemic testing as part of the product development process to ensure final delivery quality; * Organize and maintain the systemic testing laboratory and control deadlines for equipment maintenance; * Provide technical support to customers in activities requiring knowledge of their equipment; * Prepare and produce all documentation related to testing—both planning and compilation of test results; * Provide technical support to customers in activities requiring knowledge of their equipment; * Analyze issues identified during systemic or field tests to detect potential operational errors or implementation problems to be reported to designers; * Verify corrections of resolved issues before release to the customer; Continuously seek improvements in products and services. * **Requirements and qualifications** **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience in software testing, including creation of test plans, test cases, and bug reports. * Knowledge of testing methodologies and practices (e.g., Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing). * Familiarity with test and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira). * Ability to perform tests on RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman or similar. * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL queries) for data validation. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience performing tests for medical computing solutions. * Experience with test automation (frontend and/or backend) using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, Pytest, or similar. * Familiarity with container ecosystems (**Docker**, **Kubernetes**). * Knowledge of performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter, K6\). * Understanding of CI/CD and how testing fits into the development pipeline. * Ability to propose improvements for product and development process quality. * Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail: Ability to identify flaws and inconsistencies that others may overlook. * Proactivity and Curiosity: Willingness to explore applications and learn about new technologies and features. * Effective Communication: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical issues to diverse audiences. * Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with developers, POs, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of high\-quality software. **Additional information** **We offer:** Work environment focused on cooperation and meritocracy; Competitive compensation based on profile and experience; Excellent benefits package. **All positions are open to PWD (People with Disabilities)** FITec is hiring professionals from engineering, computer science, mathematics, and statistics fields to work in Research, Development, and Innovation (R\&D).
